Typically Shipping will take 5-7 business days. Due to the holiday season, please allow for additional shipping times. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
We care deeply about our customers and their orders. If you receive a damaged package, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a new package within 5-7 business days.
We ship USPS. You will receive a tracking number after you place an order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Divine Souls gift! We offer returns for our bracelets and crystals (unless purchased during a sale/promotion) within 15 days of the date your package was delivered. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within that 15-day window. Shipping charges are not refundable. All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.
Our products use precious metals and high quality stones. As with all real metals and stones, tarnishing is part of the process, but you can retain that brand-new look for a long time depending on how you care for your products.
Our beaded bracelets are handmade with all-natural stones and durable nylon. These pieces are very durable and can handle most things, but if you want to keep it looking its best, this is how.
Avoid chemicals. Things like colognes, hair sprays, sweat, and chlorine while wearing your bracelet.
Keep it dry. It's best to remove your bracelets when working out, running, swimming, or showering/bathing.
Divine Souls offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Divine Souls will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to firstname.lastname@example.org within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
