Shipping will take 5-8 business days due to each item being made to order. Due to us being a small owned business, if you order your bracelet on Friday after 5pm - Sunday evening, your order will go out on Monday AM. Please allow for 1 day processing time added to your shipping.
Our return policy is 7 days. If your item is damaged or breaks, we offer a 90 day warranty and a free replacement. Please view our Shipping and Returns page for additional information.

Our products use precious metals and high quality stones. As with all real metals and stones, tarnishing is part of the process, but you can retain that brand-new look for a long time depending on how you care for your products. Our beaded bracelets are handmade with all-natural stones and durable nylon. These pieces are very durable and can handle most things, but if you want to keep it looking its best, this is how. Avoid chemicals. Things like colognes, hair sprays, sweat, and chlorine while wearing your bracelet. Keep it dry. It's best to remove your bracelets when working out, running, swimming, or showering/bathing. All Crystal Beads are 8mm.

To size your wrist, use a string and wrap around the smallest part of your wrist or slightly above. You'll want to leave a cm of a bit of room as the beads will add tightness to the bracelet. If you measure a 6.5 with the string, and you like a looser fit - choose a 7" size.
