Our beaded bracelets are handmade with all-natural stones and durable nylon. These pieces are very durable and can handle most things, but if you want to keep it looking its best, this is how. Avoid chemicals. Things like colognes, hair sprays, sweat, and chlorine while wearing your bracelet. Keep it dry. It's best to remove your bracelets when working out, running, swimming, or showering/bathing. All Crystal Beads are 8mm.

To size your wrist, use a string and wrap around the smallest part of your wrist or slightly above. You'll want to leave a cm of a bit of room as the beads will add tightness to the bracelet. If you measure a 6.5 with the string, and you like a looser fit - choose a 7" size.
